Convert zip to combine archive on import & add missing locations #73

Often entries in zip files are not listed in the manifest, or the zip does not have any archive at all. In such cases the missing entries should be inferred on import and added with respective metadata.

see omex_utils. Display this additional message.

This is working now. All zip archive entries are are added to the archive on import.
