Necessary to have a viewer supporting whole-slide scans and being able to display analysis/data layers.

Using custom webapp based on OpenSeadragon (will require a lot of additional processings)

https://napari.org/stable/ Build on Napari which has most of the functionality already, but requires proper support for multiple pyramidal/synchronized layers. See https://www.napari-hub.org/plugins/napari-lazy-openslide

Definitely going with napari here, which has support for multi-scale images pretty out of the box. This looks great.
