Perform translate-call to OWN api endpoint (which in turn queries other API); this way, the translate api can be changed at will.
Ask hotels.com for Dutch descriptions
Look out for better alternative to existing translate service

Translation is not performed server-side, and outputs data in the requested language right away.

For now, the translation service seems to be holding up. Let's re-evaluate later and consider this problem solved for now.
