Examples:

Convert static classes (or classes with ONLY static members) to modules?

I suspect many of these kinds of simplifications would be applicable to just writing F# by hand too and not just when converting a snippet. This may be another pro towards FCS-AST since they could be reused outside of csharptofsharp. I have the experimental ionide analyzers in mind at the moment
