wow.js with animate.css load content late #309

wow.js not working properly when i load the page for the first time and scroll a little fast the content will not show and i have to wait around 2 second to load the content. i dont know whats the issue every thing is working fine for me when i start the project.

i have the same "problem". i "solved" it by setting offset to -200 - but maybe someone has another hint

I am having the same problem but unsure why. It seems to be hit and miss, some of it loads correctly and some of it gets stuck for a few seconds.

I am noticing the same thing on chrome on Mac.
