Wondering if we can set up a schedule using "const unsigned TX_INTERVAL"? #277

Is there any variation of code we can possibly use when attributing a value to the TX_INTERVAL? For example I'm trying to have my device on for 12 hours sending data every 15 mins or so and then turn it off for 12 hours when it is not needed to conserve battery power. Thank you.
