config.h to support sub-bands #87

Hi,

TTN in Australia utilizes 915 sub-band 2 for gateways...

Can this be added as an option in config.h or does the frequency range need to be added explicitly in the code and have a new CFG_au915 option in config.h to support TTN in Australia?
