Show Events in a Month Calendar-like View

Issues:
[x] (12) Calender view of "All events" shows the months of several years underneath each other
[x] (11) Data from controller should be limited to one year - get other years via new request
[x] (10) When trying to select another list from the drop-down box, the request is never fired since the URL contains a hash sign (#)
[x] (9) Make tab of the current month active and visible!
[x] (8) Switched View (from the Events List) should get un-paginated data
[x] (7) Ability to directly link to calender view
[x] (6) Add more details (Leaders, sub-title)
[x] (5) Show month names as Tabs (jQuery UI) - better: show tabs with all 12 months and activate those with data
[x] (4) display each row with same height
[x] (3) Show current day in a different color
[x] (2) Show more months
[x] (1) Add link to add a new event for a given day
