2017 list of minor issues and enhancements

A list covering the items discovered and fixed in the months of June, July and August of 2017

[x] (1) Presentation: Incorrect showing of the "<<" and ">>" signs in the slide indicator area of bible texts
[x] (2) Plan Details: show item rows in alternating colours
[x] (3) Plan Details: improve visualization for inserting new items
[x] (4) Songs: provide 'fuzzy' search in the same way as for bible texts
[x] (5) Add Item popup dialog: Improve search result layout
[x] (6) Plan Details: show bible text after adding scripture reference in pop-up dialog
[x] (7) Leader's and Chords Presentation: not using bible text from local DB
[x] (8) Song Details/OnSong: Unable to upload onsong file
[x] (9) User List: change default order to last access descending
[x] (10) Presentation: make bg image of announcement slide moving aroung the background
[x] (11) Plan Details: Problem when adding another scripture ref to an existing ref
[x] (12) Plan Details: Scripture preview in "Adding item" popup still there on next item being added
[x] (13) Bible versions: not pulling from local DB when getting text for preview
[x] (14) Plan items: Go back to select inserting next item after finished inserting an item
[x] (15) Plan Details: Close alert when user clicks anywhere into the plan
[x] (16) Calendar View: not properly aligning the "+" sign when first loading the page
[x] (17) Blank page between slides should not be shown in the leaders presentation
[x] (18) Error when trying to add song via song search to an empty plan and
[x] () Blank screen image: remove overlay -> stretch etc.
