2018 list of minor issues and enhancements

[x] (1) Presentation: FLEO items should never be shown in the presentation
[x] (2) ErrorException count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in helpers.php function "getLastSongUpdated_at"
[x] (3) ErrorException: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/eec.ie/html/church/plan/app/helpers.php:382 when trying to start chords presentation on a plan with just 2 items
[x] (4) ErrorException: Undefined offset: -2 in /var/www/eec.ie/html/church/plan/app/Http/Controllers/HomeController.php:126 on URL cspot/plans/next
[x] (5) PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'messages.deleted_at' after creating and sending an individual message to another user
[x] (6) Improve colour of sub-titles on the Weekly Announcements page
[x] (7) Add user type which basically denies access to cSPOT
[x] (8) Syntax error after adding song to a plan (see Laravel logs)
