in chords or sheetmusic view, after swapping, swap button invisible #88

as the url is missing the 'sheetmusic' element after the swap...

Also, on mobile devices, it should always go full screen!

In the sheetmusic presentation, the navbar disappears on mobile devices!

Now, when clicking on the "Forward" button, the next song will be displayed as sheetmusic!

Once I swapped, the forward (or backward) button should remove the 'swap' part fro the url!
