[x] (1) improve formatting
[x] (2) show Notes
[x] (3) show context-sensitive configuration menu
[x] (4) provide components for other item types (read, text)
[x] (5) just show a reference for repeated song parts, not the whole part
[x] () show context-sensitive footer
[x] (6) provide for multiple columns
[x] (7) use proportional font to show chords over lyrics

2.0 Issues:

[x] (2.1) Not showing lyrics when no onsong or chords data available
