Allow for all beer, mead and cider to be in the same best of show flight #310

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried creating a custom style type for all beer, mead and cider
2. but there are not entries listed for this style type
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
be able to add either custom style categories or existing categories to a 
custom style type

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0.1 / windows 7

It would also be nice to have a beer BOS and a mead/cider-combined BOS, as we 
tend to have few meads and ciders, but together, they deserve a BOS.
