Print Pullsheets Issue with Firefox #362

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logged in as Top Level Admin using Firefox 26.
2. Admin Dashboard -> Printing & Reporting -> Print Pullsheets -> All Tables 
(judging or entry numbers)
3. Preview window is displays full report but only prints a single page after 
hitting the print button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Printing of all pages

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.3.0.3 with all patches applied up to Issue 343.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not an issue with Chrome or IE.  Just experiencing it with Firefox.
