What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add a box for Pro-Am Brewers/sponsor and the winner

Custom winning categories were added to the options in 1.3.0.0 for just this 
reason. All you need to do is define a custom winning category and title it 
"Pro-Am: Joe Blow Brewery," or some such. It will display on the winners screen 
as "Best of Show - Pro Am: Joe Blow Brewery."

See http://bierederock.com for an example of how this is displayed on the 
winners screen.
