Recipe info OFF by default? #399

I'd like to suggest that the entire recipe information section be turned off by 
default; at least in my experience, the vast majority of BJCP competitions do 
not ask for any of this information, or require it for any reason, but many of 
them forget to turn this off when setting up the software, which just leads to 
confusion on the part of the entrant.
