"There are 0 logged and received entries" message is misleading for entrants #405

On the main page, once the registration period is over it displays the 
following message:

There are 0 logged and received entries and 182 registered participants, 
judges, and stewards.

This is very misleading to the entrants during the period between the end of 
registration and when we process all the bottles (which, in our competition, is 
almost a week after the deadline as we have a LOT of dropoff locations to pick 
up from). 

I've been receiving a LOT of emails asking me to confirm their entries, since 
it says there are zero. Very understandable for them, very annoying and 
time-consuming for me.

I would recommend changing this wording to be more clear, perhaps something 
like:

There are 500 registered entries, and 182 registered participants, judges, and 
stewards. There are 0 received and processed entries (this number will update 
as the bottles are picked up and organized for judging).
