Homepage Registration dates are ambiguous #418

v1.3.0.4  On the main Homepage under the "Registration" headline, the 
registration dates displayed show the "General Registration" dates, and some 
users have confused this with "Entry Registration" dates because the text says 
only "registration".  It would be helpful to simply make the text more specific 
and/or show the different General vs Entry vs Judge/Steward dates all together 
in that section for clarity.

This will be incorporated into the next release. To remedy immediately, upload 
the attached to the [root]/sections/reg_open.sec.php
