Enhancement: Generate a HTML report of winners from Archived competitions #433

I'd like to have the options of generating a winners sheet by category for 
previous competitions. Our club likes to keep a record of historical winners.

Archived data is somewhat retrievable, but identifying winners is not easy.

Is there a way that the winners sheet displayed after the competition, and/or 
the HTML winners report could be also generated for archived competitions?
