Any plans on a version for Atom? #20

Is there a plan to extend StataEditor as an Atom.io package as well?

Not at this time. I've heard good things about Atom, but I don't use it myself. Plus, plugins are written in JavaScript instead of Python so I'm not sure there is much that can be transfered to Atom unfortunately.

@eyalfrank I developed extensive syntax highlighting for Stata for Atom, and I've developed a package that runs Stata code on macOS. I haven't added Windows support yet but hope to port it from this package.
