Readme.md clarification: give different numbers to distinct steps #49

The current Readme.md combines two instructions in one list item, and I think they should be separated to help the reader.

Current text

  1. Open ST3 and click Preferences -> Package Control. Choose "Install Package" and choose StataEditor from the list. Repeat this step and install the Pywin32 package.

Proposed text

Alternate wordings

  1. Repeat step 3 to install the Pywin32 package.

  2. Install the Pywin32 package using the same method from step 3.
