What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mass filesystem operation of a large number of files/folders to a 
tagged folder or its children within a short time

What is the expected output?
Expects to propergate all files/folders to the respective tagged folder 
correctly.

What do you see instead?
Filesystem operation for some files/folders will not be propergated to the 
respective tagged folders because the FileSystemWatcher internal buffer 
has overflowed.

In such a case, upon next startup Syncless will always attempt to keep 
everything in 
sync.
