archive settings not saved at restart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. a new setting in archive menu different to default
2. then close the application
3. after restart there are the default settings in archive menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This settings should be saved!?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
syncless 2.1

Dec 14 2011 and this issue is till occuring.  Might it be fixed soon?  Or, is 
there some settings switch (direct in config, not through UI) that could be 
used to solve this in the interim?  Thx.
