Add mens choir voices

This Mini MR adds four vocal parts (instruments) to the instrumental selection, which are still used mainly in male choirs. Perhaps we can make the instrument selection freely configurable in the future?

Please also add those 4 to the update_db.php to add them in the next 4.0.2 update
