Sorry, I have not yet uploaded the separate paper for sdeint. Until then, you could just cite the PhD thesis: http://dx.doi.org/10.14264/uql.2017.148 Appendix E is the description of sdeint. (sections 1.5.2 and 1.5.4 also have some relevance)
