Upgrade to elm 0.19 #2

Hi, very nice poject, are there any attempts to upgrade this project to the next elm version? I started an upgrade, but I somehow struggle with the (Response docType)...

Hi, I don't currently have plans to upgrade this project. PRs welcome!

Just did it ... Unfortunately I had not seen the elm-0.19-alpha branch, which would have made my live a bit easier ;) ... It would be great to see this in the elm PlayStore ... https://github.com/mattjbray/elm-prismicio/pull/3
