API docs for each sublibrary #13

couldn't find the link for decoders-yojson, for example (possible solution: have a index.md in gh-pages/ that points to one sub-directory for each lib. I do that for versioned doc often).

It would be good to have versioned docs with an index though - the containers docs are great for this.

I've been using dune-release to deploy docs to gh-pages and submit PRs to opam-repository. Not sure how to make it do versioned docs.
