include .c sources built from .pyx cython files #34

Apparently that's the proper way to do things!

Oh maybe pip stuff does this for us in the distribution... no need to put them in version control, then.

Do we need a makefile to compile the .cpp files, or is distutils extension module stuff going to take care of that for us?
