urlretrieve problem

Just a note that I was able to build/install from the current pyhsmm-master.zip, but pip3 install still fails on urlretrieve, as previously noted, presumably because the fix is not in an officially released version. Because pyslds depends on pyhsmm, this blocked installing pyslds until I figured things out. Regards - Eliot Moss
