NextCloud: Monitor via Prometheus and Track SLO #17

Issue In the interest of MVPs, we deployed NextCloud to production before we implemented monitoring via Prometheus or decided on an SLO. In the short to medium term, we should do both of those things.

Impl Examine NextCloud exporter or another form of instrumenting latency and uptime metrics. Otherwise, follow fairly similar process for blog.
