Issue I'd like to host my own personal JupyterHub server via my personal-k8s-cluster.

Implementation TBD. Think about whether I want to support Dask execution.

Definition of Done

[ ] I have a JupyterHub instance running on my personal-k8s-cluster, which is accessible from the public internet.
[ ] I have defined an SLO/error budget and set up monitoring/alerting around it.
[ ] Write a blog post.
