Navigation Bar with responsive menu #1

As a user I should be able to click on the buttons on the nav bar menu that navigates me to the respective page.

Acceptance Criteria: As a user, given the Navigation bar at the top of the page, when I click the "Cart" Icon, it should navigate the cart page with the list of selected products.
