Reading the contributing guidelines it says : "All third party contributors acknowledge that any contributions they provide will be made under the same open source license that the open source project is provided under.". However, there is no license provided with the project. I presume it has high chances that the license is going to be open source, but "no license" leads to default license rights which vary from country to country. I would recommand creative commons CC0 1.0 or AGPL-v3.
