Fail to install the package by install_github

I tried to install the package by install_github but got the following error message:

Error: Failed to install 'dsr' from GitHub:
  ! System command 'Rcmd.exe' failed

Is there any way to install the package?

see screenshot something to do where the vignettes are stored in the package?
