Hi Matt, I got a problem with the change 12H Format to UE 24H format (es. 4pm to 16) #1545

First, like here: http://plnkr.co/edit/INtKoU2Tony08Soqy8x7?p=preview, I tried to do all in the module but it does not work.

It tells me to overwrite "dayViewHour" and "DateFormatterParams" tells me it does not exist.

I tried also to change something in the "calendar-native-date-formatter.provider.d.ts" but the file is very different. Maybe is cause the guide i followed is deprecated and the angular calendar version i got is new.
