How can i set an event's length when i using recurring event?

i have an event like:

I want to create a recurring event with a fixed length (2 hours, 1,5 hours, etc.) that will repeat every working day for 2 years (for ex.) If i use a regular event i can set the event length by the end date. But if i use a recurring event, the end date breaks the recurring option "until", and i have a recurring event with a fixed start and end date (in my case 2 hours)

How can i combine recurring options with fixed length?
