Update packages, fix gulp-useref, sass and release #6

I have released the latest version 0.5.1 with .jshint update, and applied the module gulp-ruby-sass#1.0.0-alpha, and the latest gulp-autoprefixer. It does require the updates that you made on commit 64025cb.

You could find my updates on the new version of Ember-rocks. I also credit your PR in the changelog as well. Thank you for your contribution.
