The pull request extracts turbogears in its own section and after a general overview of the features provided by the framework and its philosophy tries to cover useful details for anyone wishing to start with the framework (documentation and resources) or for anyone willing to understand how it differs from other web frameworks (particularly in regard of templating and object dispatch).

whaaa...wow this is awesome @amol- thank you so much! I am merging this, going to regenerate the site and should have it live tomorrow. Will let you know when it's live.

hey @amol-, this content is now live on its own TurboGears page. I've also updated the table of contents although it may take a few minutes to show up because the site is cached very hard by CloudFlare.
