Add Chowist to Django example projects #241

The Chowist project has recently been updated to v3.0.0, along with additional UX features.

It makes extensive use of the following technologies:

The breadth of technologies used in this project make it a great resource for folks to learn how to implement a full-fledged Django application from end-to-end.

It's also enjoyable to use! Here are a couple of screenshots to show how it looks:

looks good @huangsam. sorry this took me absolutely forever to review. let me rebuild the site and deploy, it should be live in 10-15 mins
