Hello. Thanks for an excellent software piece! Good to have a powerful
reader in my gadget.

Is it possible to implement portrait/landscape rotation according to the
iphone's sensor like it's done in the native photo viewer? The screen is
sometimes too narrow to read in portrait mode.

This is present in the 1.4 builds of Books.  You can get the latest build by 
adding
our repository source (see the home page of our GoogleCode project for a link) 
or
hang tight a few more days while Ste gets the latest build added to his 
repository.

Sorry, the 1.4 build is not working on my i. It shows BIG icon, rotating 
progress
indicator, and some translucent window (message box?) in the very bottom of the
screen,  whose larger part is beyond the matrix, so I can't see or tap 
whatever's
within. I just see the "O." text in it's upper left corner.
