Books 1.1 on Iphone 1.02 Update install script execution error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried to update using the update feature and got the following msg "Error 
During install script 
Execution"
2. have tried to uninstall 1.1 but with the same msg being given.

How do I remove it totally and start again. I am also unable to unistall by 
just removing the 
books.app from the /application folder using ssh as it give me an error message 
as well.

Please provide any additional information below.

By the sound of it, though, if SSH isn't working you there's something wrong 
with your setup.  You may have to 
restore your iPhone.  (Don't forget to restore to 1.0.2!)
