Would connect earlier, not now #149

Seemed to work well, now not connnecting.  Firewall no different.  MAK the 
same.  I tried making 
the TiVo IP fixed - no luck.   I can't reinstall - gives me the same settings.  
Any way to wipe the 
preferences so I can uninstall - reinstall?
Snow leopard, latest version, 27 inch intel iMac
