can't connect #204

What Version of iTiVo? 1.7.6

What Version of MacOS X? moutain lion 10.8

What download format did you select? ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can’t get item 1 of {}. (-1728)
2. can't connect
3. tells me I have wrong media access key but won't let me enter
