What Version of MacOS X? 10.8.4
What download format did you select? .dmg
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run itivo
2. Click the Connect button. Within 10s I see the list of shows on my TiVo
3. Single left click on a show.
4. Boom, itivo basically almost locks up. If i try to click anything else in
itivo, nothing happens. Every 10 to 20s, it may to respond to one of my
previous mouse clicks. Same for keyboard buttons. Command-Q doesn't work.
Please provide any additional information below.
I eventually just Force Quit itivo. Sometimes I can click just right and get
the desired show highlighted and click the Download button. It's really hard
to do. It does start to download once I achieve this. However, the downloads
get to about 20MB and then quit.
PS: I tried applying the download fix from
http://macithelp.blogspot.com/2013/02/continuing-adventures-with-itivo.html.
The mouse response problem existed before and after this. After this fix, the
download gets farther before failing.
