Maybe there is an option or button that I'm not seeing, but iTivo is only displaying the last 52 shows on my tivo #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select update from tivo
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The side window (pie chart - very cool!) - shows 227 shows but the main window
says "Now
Playing (52 items)". It only shows the shows going back to 10/10/08

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5b4 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't remember this being a problem in prior versions.
Also, I have the tivo expander drive attached to my system, but it's always
acted simply as part of
the entire drive.
Hope this can be fixed. I was excited about finally being able to download a
bunch of past shows
and getting them off my tivo
btw, Thanks for adding the h.264/3mbps option!

There is no such option. This is a bug. I changed some of how the data from
the
tivo is processed to support the pie chart, and it looks like I may have broken
the
data retrieval. You're sure this is 1.5b4 and not 1.5b3? (I fixed a bug in
retrieval that was in 1.5b3).

pretty sure it was 1.5b4 but I'm not in front of my mac today. I just
downloaded it around 4am this morning and
it said that it had been posted 14 hours earlier

Well then (damn!).

I thought I had that fixed. Just a random quicky: Is it possible you have 227
shows on your tivo, but that about 185 of them are marked as copyrighted?
(look at
the pie chart.. is a LARGE chunk of it purple?).

copyrighted shows are not available for downloading. Did old versions of tivo list
227 shows and just this one isn't?

Won't be in front of my mac til tonight but I can say for absolute certain that
there are that many shows on it. I
looked at the Now Playing page on my tivo box before sending the original post
this morning. My kids have 60+
episodes alone of americas funniest videos, total drama island, 6teen, and
Johnny Test. I have about 8 or 10
Daily Shows and Colbert Reports, plus a ton of HD movies. The only
copy-protected stuff are the songs of which
there are about 50. The MyDVR expander that I have adds about 300% more space
to the tivo. My guess is that
the internal drive is only about 160gb and the DVR expander is about 500gb. I
know that older versions of
iTivo/TDM listed all the shows but tonight I'll go back and check to see which
version it was first broken.

I just reread your question and I see that I didn't clearly answer it.
Subtracting the music files (approx 50) would
still leave at least 160 other files (TV shows and movies) available to
download. Also, I'm 98% certain that this
version of iTivo was listing everything chronologically going backwards from
today to 10/10/08 and stopped at
52 shows.

New update. I just got home and itivo is showing 183 items instead of 52. Not
sure what changed but everything
is there except for the protected music of course. Any idea why it would only
show some of the shows and then
take an hour or more to show everything?
thanks

No idea. The fetcher may have aborted early or the tivo may have had to drop
the
connection.. Or the script may be buggy.. :)
I'll leave it open for a while, tell me if you see it again. I'll close it if I
hear nothing about this bug for some time..

Ok assuming that this is a dead bug since I've heard nothing similar or seen it
happen. Probably a timing issue with tivo and html interactions causing it to
drop a
connection early.. no idea.. marking as 'fixed' even though it's not really
