SCVFA.org is still being served by pair, including MX and email forwarding #10

Both email and web seem to be properly redirected, but we don't want to continue to maintain scvfa.org at pair.

TODO: Make a plan to migrate scvfa.org to new Skye. This was supposed to be part of phases 1 and 2.
