Create Staging Area #478

Find a location that will allow the Aria system to be staged. #468

We have emailed the 4th year project coordinator asking about the available space. We have created a basic staging area in a 8'x6' space. We are blocked on this issue until we receive a response from the coordinator

I had a long discussion about this setup with my parents. They actually had a number of good ideas for setting this up, building the walls and transporting the entire thing. The only thing blocking this is that the dimensions of the booth are still unknown. Additionally, they volunteered to build the walls if we can clearly outline what is required and provide them with the materials. They have all the tools and can let use borrow their van for transportation.

We have tentatively confirmed with Daren Russ that we will have an 8x8 ft. area for our project. We can now move forward with the planning of this space.
