Report - Technical section needs to be refactored

The technical section of the report needs to outline the solution for the problem that was introduced in the problem definition. It should illustrate the design, implementation and deployment of the Aria system. It needs to reference the appropriate appendices for supporting information.

In particular, the technical section needs to have the following sections:

1. Overview (Outline the solution to the problem)
2. Design
   • Physical topology of the system
3. Actors
4. Scenarios
5. Use Cases
6. Non-functional Requirements
7. Components
8. Objects
9. Deployment
10. Technologies
11. Testing
