Switching between device and hub page causes events to display multiple times #545

After switching back and forth between the hub and device page the same event appears in the event feed multiple times. The number of times it appears seems to be related to the number of times we switch back and forth.

Haven't been able to reproduce this in a while, please comment if you see it

We believe this is related to Z-wave devices being rediscovered after turning them off/on, which has been fixed.

It looks like the bug is back

After reviewing Zwave logs when this was happening, it appears that our software is receiving all of these events from the Z-Stick controller itself, and the multisensor is sending the events. This may just be a cause of a very noisy device.
