skipCustomizeHost argument not recognized as valid parameter #109

It appears that the -skipCustomizeHost argument is not accepted by the script any more.

Is this function deprecated? If so the section "Optional Actions" on the Github mainpage for the Azure Stack POC Configurator needs to be updated.

Sorry, it's -skipCustomizeAsdkHost now, but functionality is unchanged.

I've fixed the docs for the upcoming 1908.2 release of the script.
